Memory of the place

A little history

Inhabited since prehistoric times, Santenay is both a spa town and a wine village: its salt springs made it famous for its baths. The Sorine windmill, on the slope, is a rare windmill on the Côte.

The style

In the glass

Reds of red and black fruit and liquorice, structured, a little rustic in youth, then velvety. Floral, round whites.

At the table

Grilled meats, beef, cheese; fish and charcuterie with the white.
