A tasting in the heart of Nuits
On rue Sainte-Anne, behind the chequered façade of the Caves du Palais, we welcome you to share what we love: the wines of Burgundy, their villages and their climats.
As the tasting unfolds, we take you from the Côte de Nuits to the Côte de Beaune, from regional appellations to Premiers Crus. Everyone goes at their own pace, curious beginners and seasoned connoisseurs alike.

Meet us at 2 rue Sainte-Anne, a few steps from the centre of Nuits-Saint-Georges. We take the time to learn about your tastes.
The tasting
A guided tasting of several wines: villages, terroirs, vintages. We explain what sets a Village apart from a Premier Cru, and why.
Your wines
Leave with your bottles, or reserve them for home delivery. Our pairing advice follows you all the way to the table.
Every day9:30 am to 7:30 pm. From November to April, by appointment.
