A little history
Saint-Aubin hides in a valley that opens between Puligny and Chassagne. Its hamlet of Gamay may have given its name to the grape. A 13th-century fortress watches over the village.

In the glass
Lively, chiselled whites: white flowers, citrus, hazelnut, an almost saline minerality. Light reds of red fruit.
